Mini Picassos collect names, contact numbers and email addresses for all those who have requested to join Mini Picassos to take part in the art activities/ courses/ holiday workshops/ parties.
We also collect credit/debit card information with our bookings system Active Network secure website in order to process course/workshop payments & manage membership for those of you who have subscribed to it.
This financial information is collected through Active Network secure, reputable and encrypted systems and it is stored on their platforms (no financial details are visible to me or any members of the board)

To communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child's enrolment, progress, and emergencies.
