This privacy policy sets out how Mini Picassos Ltd. uses and protects any information that you give Mini Picassos, when you use this website.

Mini Picassos is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

What will we collect

Mini Picassos collect names, contact numbers and email addresses for all those who have requested to join Mini Picassos to take part in the art activities/ courses/ holiday workshops/ parties.

We also collect credit/debit card information with our bookings system Active Network secure website in order to process course/workshop payments & manage membership for those of you who have subscribed to it.

 

This financial information is collected through Active Network secure, reputable and encrypted systems and it is stored on their platforms (no financial details are visible to me or any members of the board)​

  • To communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child's enrolment, progress, and emergencies.

  • To ensure the safety and well-being of students.

We will retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. When data is no longer needed, we will securely dispose of it.

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

 

We may share information with:

  • Emergency services in case of a medical emergency.

  • Relevant staff members for the purposes of educational support and safety.

  • Legal authorities when required by law.

Customers have the right to:

If you sign up to our Mailing list via MailChimp, you will receive newsletter emails, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of the newsletter. You may request your personal data deletion at any time by emailing Deletion of personal data will result in your registration membership deletion (unsubscribing from the newsletter will not.)

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. We use a combination of physical and electronic security measures, including:

  • Secure servers and encrypted data transmission.
